RETURN POLICY

At PrivFit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility:
- You may return any product purchased on www.privfit.in within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at mail@privfit.in or by phone at +919099290959. Provide your order details and reason for the return- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

3. Return Shipping:
- We will arrange for our courier team to pick up the product from your location. You will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the payment method was cash on delivery (COD), we will refund the amount via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). Please provide your UPI ID (Virtual Payment Address) for the refund process.

5. Refund Timeframe:
- We strive to process refunds within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned item.
